Thai - Maldivian Chamber of Commerce
Thailand and Maldives established diplomatic relations at the level of the ambassador on June 2, 1979. The Ambassador to the Republic of Colombo was also appointed as the Ambassador to the Maldives. The Maldives has an ambassador to Thailand based in Kuala Lumpur.
Thailand has an honorary consulate in Male, while the Maldives has an honorary consulate. Bangkok
